We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great time. The staff was super nice and the room was amazing. The spaciousness and large bathroom were a plus. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, with Mt. Vesuvio right in front of us. We also enjoyed the courtesy car rides to downtown restaurants and the delicious breakfast they served. The location was perfect for a romantic hideaway.
While the remote location was expected, the lack of clear information about the shuttle service was a letdown. The shuttle was infrequent and didn't stop at the property, making it necessary to walk along a steep road to reach it.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Casale. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of their Italian family. Marcella greeted us with a kind and happy smile every morning, and Milena was always there to help us with taxis and bus advice. The rooms were large, clean, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of Sorrento and Vesuvius. The breakfast had lots of choices and was served with care and love. The property itself was very relaxing, and we enjoyed lounging by the pool after exploring the Amalfi coast. We would definitely visit again.
Nothing to be said.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the tranquil setting and stunning views of the bay of Naples. It was a hidden gem tucked away in the hills, surrounded by lemon and olive trees. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a breathtaking view. Another great advantage was the helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
One drawback was the difficulty in reaching the hotel unless you have your own car. the local roads were steep and potholed, and taxi drivers refused to go up to the hotel entrance.

Located directly in the city center, Il Casale offers stunning views of the bay of Naples. The clean and comfortable rooms provide a tranquil setting for a peaceful stay. The helpful staff, particularly Millena, goes above and beyond to assist with bookings and travel arrangements. The breakfast buffet is adequate and the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel also offers a transport service to and from the town area, making it convenient for guests.
The location of the hotel is not easily accessible for those without a car. The steep and potholed roads make it difficult for guests to reach the hotel, especially if they have physical handicaps.

The shower in the room was great, with good water pressure and hot water. The bed was also very comfy, providing a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for those wanting to be away from the busy city center, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains.
The location was a bit inconvenient, as it was quite far from the main attractions and required a taxi ride. The narrow and uphill road leading to the hotel made it difficult to walk with luggage.
